
Get The Contract Signed
Once your client has approved your estimate...
The first thing you need to do is send over a contract that outlines all deliverables + deadlines. Make sure its signed on the dotted line!
Ensure your contract is signed by all parties before starting any work + handing over any deliverables.
The contract is a good time to outline:
- Timeframes + Deadlines
- Key Milestones
- Any Ongoing + Additional Costs
- Breakdown of Payments
(For example 50% deposit, 20%, 20% + 10% on completion) - Delivery / Deployment Date
Remember, don’t handover the goods untilthe contract is signed+ you have a deposit.
